The construction of Felicity RC is actively underway, and March was marked by significant progress in the works. The construction of sections of the first stage is steadily moving forward, and preparations for the construction of the stylobate parking lot of the third stage have begun.

Section 1.1

• The installation of vertical monolithic structures of the basement continues.
• Work has begun on the installation of a monolithic floor slab of the basement.

Section 1.2

• The construction of the vertical monolithic structures of the basement is completed.
• The installation of the monolithic floor slab of the basement is nearing completion.

Sections 1.3 and 1.4

• The brickwork of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors has been completed.
• Work is underway on the masonry walls and partitions of the 5th and 6th floors.
• Laying of the outer walls of the 7th floor has begun.
• A monolithic roof slab has been completed.
• The installation of monolithic structures for access to the roof has begun.

Section 3.1 (Phase II)

• Preparatory works for the construction of the stylobate parking lot pit are underway.
