GENERATION OF AN IDEA WITH LIKEMINDED PEOPLE

Everyone in the KREDO team had a powerful experience behind them that no longer fit into the framework of other Lviv developers.

So in 2020, we came together as a team under a single credo and founded the ambitious KREDO Development company to build high-quality, stylish, thoughtful and exceptional housing.

START OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE PARK RESIDENCE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

From the very beginning, we decided to realize something not mediocre at all, but exquisite and thought out to the smallest detail. After all, Park Residence is the first business card of our company.

Therefore, we declared ourselves loudly, confidently and stylishly by starting the construction of this residential complex.

START OF CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW FACILITY SYMBOL RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

A reliable and high-quality developer always grows not in height but in width, covering the city map with its own new projects. So the second project was not long in coming. And we started building the Symbol residential complex in 2022.

This residential complex is a high-quality and restrained architecture of modern Lviv, hidden from noisy avenues and surrounded by a fully formed and self-sufficient infrastructure of Sykhiv.

ACTIVE DESIGN WORK ON SIMORE AND FELICITY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEXES

Where there are two, there are three and four. While our construction team was actively constructing the Park Residence and Symbol residential complexes in 2023, our architects began design work on two new buildings: RC Simore and RC Felicity.

Having absorbed even more experience in construction and sales, we at KREDO Development began developing two quite different residential buildings that are designed to meet all the needs of those who have seen a lot and have something to compare with; and those who are waiting for a home that reflects their bright self.

We started the new year with the construction of Simore and Felicity residential complexes.

And in February 2024, we commissioned the Park Residence residential complex. This is our debut project, which was and is a well-designed and carefully implemented housing in a great location. And even if we could turn back time, we would not change anything. It is perfect! And it was a great start for KREDO Development.

In April of the same year, we opened our own sales department in the same Park Residence.

Further, our pace will only increase. So join us!

New Year - New achievements!

In the first quarter of 2025, Kredo Development successfully commissioned its second building in history — the Symbol residential complex. This milestone is a significant achievement for the company and a testament to the high standards of quality that guide our work. The Symbol complex has become a part of the urban landscape of Lviv and is ready to offer a comfortable living space for new residents.
