The construction of the SIMORE clubhouse is gaining momentum, and each stage adds new touches and perfection to the project. Construction work continues according to the schedule, and here are the key achievements over the past month:

✔ Installation of a monolithic floor slab on the 6th floor is completed.

 ✔ 50% of the roof fencing parapets have been completed.

 ✔ Brickwork of the walls and partitions of the 1st floor is half ready.

 ✔ Brickwork on the walls and partitions of the 2nd floor is 80% complete.

 ✔ Laying of the exterior walls of the 3rd floor has begun.

 ✔ Work continues on the arrangement of partitions in the parking lot.

The construction process is going according to plan, and we are confidently moving forward, creating a space where comfort and style are combined in every detail.
