Construction progress of the Simore club house:

– Installation and glazing of window structures on floors 2–6 are 80% complete
 – Installation of stained glass structures on the 6th floor with large-format double-glazed units is 70% complete
 – Freon pipelines have been installed from the roof to the apartments
 – Engineering works on water supply and sewage risers for floors 1–6 are in progress
 – Installation of the automatic fire alarm and notification system is underway on residential floors
 – Plastering of apartment walls and partitions with ABC gypsum plaster is in progress
 – Installation of the ventilated facade has begun
