We are building a space where you will enjoy sunny mornings and family moments. Here is what we accomplished in June:
The construction team poured the monolithic floor slab of the first floor and installed the vertical monolithic structures of the second floor.
In Section 1.2, the same processes are taking place, but already one floor higher.
In Sections 1.3 and 1.4, all monolithic structures have been completed, and brick walls have been built on the 5th and 9th floors. We have also completed the chimney masonry.
Windows have been installed from the 6th to the 8th floor, offering beautiful panoramic views.
Recently, a second tower crane was installed on the construction site, and work has begun on the vertical monolithic structures of the basement level.
In Sections 1.3 and 1.4, the next stage will be waterproofing and insulating the roof, as well as installing the terrace drainage systems.
Now, let us share the progress of Section 3.1:
Here, we continue excavating the foundation pit and installing the monolithic foundation slabs. Waterstops have already been installed in the expansion joints.
