June is the month when summer can be felt in every breath of the city.
The SIMORE residence continues to grow, remaining a place of peace and comfort amidst the dynamic rhythm of Lviv.
In June, we completed all monolithic works. The building has now reached its planned height, and we will soon proceed with roofing works.
And some more good news: we have started creating a pathway from SIMORE to the stadium of the Forestry University, making your walks and workouts even more convenient.
The walls and partitions on the 3rd floor are almost finished. Brickwork of the internal walls and partitions on the 4th and 5th floors is 60% complete. We have also started building the external walls of the 6th floor using ceramic blocks.
Now, a few words about the engineering systems.
The ventilation shafts and the collective stainless-steel smoke extraction system have been completed 100%. The process of installing the rainwater drainage system from the roof has also been completed.
