Construction Progress of Felicity Residential Complex – June

Sections 1.3–1.4
– Wet façade installation, louvre mounting, priming, and decorative finishing of the 9th-floor terraces are ongoing.
– Installation of chimney grilles is in progress.
– Works on the drainage system and screed installation for the 2nd-floor terraces are ongoing.
– Brickwork in the technical rooms of the parking area and shelter is underway.
– Screed installation in apartments and common areas has been completed.
– Installation of smoke extraction windows has been completed.
– Balcony screed installation has been completed.
– Construction of the parking exit in Section 1.4 is ongoing.

Sections 1.1–1.2
– Façade insulation works in Section 1.2 are ongoing; condensate drainage installation has been completed.
– Wall plastering in apartments has been completed.
– Brickwork in commercial premises has been completed.
– Installation of heating and water supply pipelines is ongoing.
– Screed installation in apartments and common areas is ongoing.
– Installation of sewage risers has been completed.
– Concreting of the parking slab has been completed.

Section 3.1
– Brickwork and installation of chimney caps have been completed.
– Brickwork of utility entry nodes and the transformer substation is nearing completion.
– Bricklaying works on the 6th, 7th, and 9th floors are ongoing.
– Installation of drainage systems, insulation, and roof screed works for the low-rise section are in progress.
– Construction of the water meter chamber has been completed.
