Construction progress of the Felicity residential complex for December:

– Bricklaying works of the first floor for sections 1.3 and 1.4 are ongoing, along with wet façade works for section 1.4.
– Monolithic reinforced concrete works and bricklaying from the 2nd to the 6th floors of sections 1.1 and 1.2 have been completed.
– Installation of ventilation blocks and bricklaying of chimney shafts for sections 1.1 and 1.2 has been completed.
– Concrete base preparation and construction of the parking foundation slab near section 1.2 have been completed.– Installation of Schiedel chimney systems for sections 1.1 and 1.2 has begun.
– Construction of the monolithic floor slab of the 4th floor has been completed, and monolithic works for the 5th and 6th floors of section 3.1 have been carried out.
