– Completion of masonry works for walls and partitions — 100%.
– Ongoing installation and glazing of window structures on floors 1–6 using Reynaers aluminum profiles.
– Cement-lime plastering of common areas and apartment bathrooms completed at 95%.
– Ongoing installation of water supply and sewerage engineering networks in the parking area.
– Preparation works underway for the start of ventilated façade installation.
