Construction progress of Felicity residential complex — April 2026

Sections 1.3–1.4
Wet façade installation is ongoing. In the apartments, installation of water supply and heating systems is in progress, while sewer riser installation has been completed. On the roof, backfilling with washed gravel is underway, and parapet capping installation is at the final stage. Balcony screed works are also in progress. Plastering works in the kindergarten premises have been completed. Additionally, construction of the parking exit (Section 1.4) has begun, with earthworks currently in progress.

Sections 1.1–1.2
Brickwork of walls and partitions in the apartments is nearing completion, while works in commercial premises are still ongoing. Roof backfilling, as well as insulation of parapets and chimneys, continues. Plastering works in apartments and common areas are in progress. Concreting of the parking slab has been completed.

Section 3.1
Staircase construction is at the final stage. Installation of ventilation blocks and smoke extraction systems is ongoing. Brickwork on the 4th–5th floors is in progress. Waterproofing works of the parking walls are also being carried out.
