Simore Clubhouse Construction Progress – February:

– Installation and glazing of window structures on floors 2–6 is 60% complete.
– Installation of curtain wall structures with large-format glass panels on the 6th floor is 40% complete.
– We are finalizing the air conditioning networks in the apartments.
– The parking ceiling has been insulated with Fasrock G mineral wool fireproof insulation.
– The domestic sewage networks for the residential units are 50% complete.
– We are installing metal pergolas on the 6th floor.
