While Lviv moves to the rhythm of summer events, construction at Felicity is in full swing. Every day brings us one step closer to creating a more comfortable, cozy, and attractive place to live.
Work is in full swing, and each section is showing its own level of readiness:
• In Section 1.1, the installation of the monolithic floor slab is ongoing at the second-floor level.
• In Section 1.2, these works have already reached the third floor.
• Sections 1.3 and 1.4 are confidently ahead: all windows have been installed, and our team has begun plastering the walls with a cement-lime mixture.
• At the same time, the team is working on insulating the waterproofing of the terraces and roof on the 9th floor, as well as installing a drainage system for the terraces.
• In Section 1.3, vertical monolithic structures of the basement and floor slabs for the parking area are being built.
• And some more good news — in Section 3.1, the excavation is complete, and monolithic foundation slabs have already been poured.
