Construction Progress of Felicity Residential Complex – July

Sections 1.3–1.4

Façade works: Wet façade installation, louvre painting, and decorative surface finishing are ongoing.
Electrical works: Installation of cable trays and apartment cabling is ongoing.
Finishing works: Plastering of the technical rooms in the parking area and shelter has been completed, and installation of apartment entrance doors has commenced.
Landscaping works: Installation of sloped screed and drainage systems, backfilling, and installation of sewer manholes are ongoing.
Parking: Construction of the parking exit in Section 1.4 is nearing completion.

Sections 1.1–1.2

Façade works: Façade insulation works in Section 1.2 are ongoing.
Utility networks: Installation of gas supply networks in the apartments and laying of water supply pipes at the utility entry points are ongoing. Installation of heating and water supply pipelines and sewage risers has been completed. Installation of sewer manholes is ongoing.
Internal works: Screed installation in apartments and common areas has been completed.
Landscaping works: Installation of sloped screed is ongoing.

Section 3.1

Roofing: Insulation and screed installation are ongoing.
Finishing works: Plastering of the utility entry points and transformer substation has been completed. Wall plastering is ongoing.
Brickwork: Bricklaying works on the floors are nearing completion.

Phase Two (Sections 2.2–2.3 and Parking)

Earthworks: Excavation of the foundation pit is nearing completion.
Monolithic concrete works: Concrete preparation works are 90% complete.
