Construction Progress of Simore Club House – July

Completed: Glazing of stairwell curtain walls, installation of the parking smoke extraction system, gypsum plastering in apartments, and tile installation in technical rooms and the shelter.

Ongoing: Installation of curtain wall structures on the ground floor, façade insulation with mineral wool, façade cladding with Laminam panels, installation of Mitsubishi lifts, installation of the Ecosoft water purification and softening system, and preparatory landscaping works.

Commenced: Gas supply installation works.
