Construction progress of the Felicity Residential Complex for November:

- Cement-lime plastering of section 1.3 has been completed;
- Brickwork of the first floor in sections 1.3 and 1.4 is ongoing;
- Chimney finishing works in sections 1.3 and 1.4 are in progress;
- Installation of the wet façade system in section 1.4 continues.
- Monolithic slab installation of the 4th and 5th floors in section 1.1 and of the 5th and 6th floors in section 1.2 has been completed;
- Monolithic vertical elements of the 5th and 6th floors in sections 1.1 and 1.2 have been completed;
- Installation of monolithic parapets on the roof of section 1.2 has started;
- Brickwork of the 2nd floor in sections 1.1 and 1.2 is ongoing;
- Brickwork of the 3rd floor in sections 1.1 and 1.2 has begun.
- Monolithic vertical elements of the 2nd floor in section 3.1 have been completed;
- Monolithic slab installation of the 2nd floor in section 3.1 has been completed;
- Installation of monolithic vertical elements of the 3rd floor in section 3.1 has started.
