In August, work on the Felicity residential complex actively progressed, shaping a modern living space.
Let’s start with sections 1.3 and 1.4, where we are finalizing interior works. In section 1.3, walls are being coated with cement-lime plaster. Meanwhile, in section 1.4, this stage has long been completed, and waterproofing and insulation of the roof and terraces on the 9th floor are already 100% finished.
At the same time, on the first floor, our construction team is laying brick walls. And together with you, we are moving further.
In section 1.2, vertical monolithic elements have already been installed up to the 4th floor inclusive, so the builders have begun pouring the monolithic floor slab. As for section 1.1, this process has already reached the 3rd floor.
And finally, in section 3.1, the installation of vertical monolithic structures of the basement is nearing completion.
