In August, the construction of the Simore club house moved forward with confidence, so let’s start with the interior works. Our team completed the masonry of walls and partitions on the 5th floor and is now continuing brickwork on the 4th floor.
Our team is also installing the stormwater drainage system. As for the insulation of terraces with PIR thermal insulation boards – we have already completed 30%. At the same time, we have started arranging the sloping screed on the terraces of the 6th floor, which will ensure that rainwater does not accumulate there.
In addition, the builders have completed the installation of insulation and the cement-sand screed on the roof. The installation of PVC membrane waterproofing has also been completed by 50%.
