Construction progress of the Felicity Residential Complex for August:

Sections 1.3–1.4

Nearing completion: wet facade works — painting of facade slats and decorative surface finishing; installation of electrical cable trays and apartment wiring; installation of sloped screed for landscaping.
Installation in progress: smoke extraction systems in the underground parking, apartment entrance doors, video surveillance and access control systems, and sewer manholes.
Finishing works: finishing of common areas and surface tiling; ceramic tiling of balconies.
Other works: sealing of water supply and sewer pipe entry points.

Sections 1.1–1.2

In progress: facade insulation in Section 1.2, installation of the fire water supply system, wall finishing and puttying in common areas.
Installation works: embedded balcony fasteners and PVC membranes, condensate drainage pipelines, low-voltage alarm, video surveillance and access control systems.
Nearing completion: installation of sloped screed for landscaping.
Completed: gas supply networks in apartments and screed works in apartments and common areas.

Section 3.1

Roofing: PVC membrane installation has been completed; gravel surfacing is in progress.
In progress: plastering of apartments and commercial premises.
Nearing completion: brickwork in commercial premises.

Sections and underground parking of Phase II — 2.2–2.3

Completed: construction of the reinforced concrete foundation slab.
In progress: construction of vertical load-bearing structures of the underground parking, installation of formwork for the floor slab at the first-floor level, and wall waterproofing.

Section 2.1

Demolition of existing buildings.
Excavation works have commenced.
External utility networks
Installation of sewer manholes and pipelines.
