Construction progress of the Simore Club House for August:

In progress: installation of monolithic glass in the internal glazing of common areas on floors 2–6, tiling in common areas, and underfloor heating in apartments.
Nearing completion: installation of Mitsubishi elevators and engineering systems in the shelter.
Completed: installation of the gas supply networks and the Ecosoft water purification and softening system for the entire residential complex.
STRAJ apartment entrance doors: 90% installed.
Facade: 70% of mineral wool insulation completed; Laminam cladding installation is ongoing.
