Construction progress of the Felicity residential complex in January:

Section 1.1
– Brickwork installation from the 2nd to the 6th floor is ongoing.
– Installation of Schiedel chimney systems has been completed.
– Excavation works for the foundation slab of the parking area are actively ongoing.

Section 1.2
– Brickwork installation from the 2nd to the 6th floor is ongoing.
– Installation of window systems from the 1st to the 4th floor is in progress.
– Works on the parking slab installation near the section are ongoing.

Section 1.3
– Brickwork installation of the 1st floor is ongoing.
– Installation of the wet facade system is ongoing.

Section 1.4
– Brickwork installation of the 1st floor is ongoing.
– Works on the wet facade system are ongoing.
– Installation of internal gas networks is in progress.

Section 3.1
– Installation of the monolithic slab of the 7th floor has been completed.
