Construction progress of the Simore club house in January:

– Installation and glazing of window structures on floors 1–6 using Reynaers aluminum profiles has been completed by 40%.
– Installation of Reynaers curtain wall structures on the 6th floor has begun.
– Delivery of fire protection system equipment is ongoing, including parking smoke exhaust fans and pumping equipment.
– Engineering networks for apartment air conditioning (refrigerant pipelines) are 60% complete.
– Walraven frames have been installed on the roof for mounting apartment air conditioning equipment.
