May is the month when dreams come even closer to reality.
SIMORE is all about the rhythm of a modern city combined with comfort and intimacy. From the upper floors, you can already enjoy breathtaking views of Lviv. You can see Knyahyni Olhy Street, the silhouettes of the old town, and even the City Hall.
Just imagine: a morning on your own terrace, a cup of coffee — and the city lies in the palm of your hand. All around — green trees that add a sense of calm and harmony. And while you imagine your perfect morning — we continue working on the construction site.
We're finishing the brickwork of the 1st and 2nd floors. The walls and partitions of the 3rd floor are 85% complete. Brickwork on the 4th floor is in progress. We've started building the exterior walls of the 5th floor with ceramic blocks. In the parking area, we're adding the final touches: completing the storage unit partitions. Formwork for the slab of the 6th floor (2nd level of apartments) is underway. We’re installing ventilation shafts and stainless-steel smoke extraction systems. All monolithic works are nearing completion
