Construction progress of the Simore residential complex for May:

– Installation and glazing of window structures from the 2nd to 6th floors have been completed.
– Installation of façade glazing structures on the 6th floor has been completed.
– Internal water supply and sewerage systems in the parking area are 90% completed.
– The water-based fire protection system in the parking area is 80% completed.
– Ventilation of the parking, gym, and lobby is 70% completed.
– Gypsum plastering in apartments is 80% completed.
– Tiling works on floors in technical rooms and the shelter are in progress.
– Façade insulation is 35% completed.
– Installation of façade cladding with Laminam and HPL panels has started.
