Construction progress of the Simore Club House for October:

- Wall and partition masonry of the 6th floor has been completed by 70%.
- Wall and partition masonry of the 4th floor has been completed by 60%.
- Concrete screeds on the terraces of the 1st floor have been completed.
- Concrete screeds in the courtyard area of the future children’s playground have been completed.
- Installation of aluminum window systems (Reynaers profile) on the 1st–5th floors has started.
- Cement-lime plastering of the parking area and shelter has been completed.
- Cement-lime plastering of common areas and apartment bathrooms has been completed by 40%.
- Gypsum plaster is being delivered and distributed across the floors.
- Installation of water supply and sewage systems in the parking area has started.
- Laying of external water supply networks continues.
