Felicity Residential Complex has been accredited by RADABANK under the state program “eOselya”. This opens up new financial opportunities for investors who plan to buy an apartment in a reliable and comfortable housing at the construction stage.

What is the eOselya program?

“eOselya” is a government mortgage program that provides an opportunity to purchase housing on preferential lending terms. The program includes two financing options:

• 3% per annum — for military personnel, doctors, teachers, scientists and law enforcement officers.
• 7% per annum — for people who do not own their own housing or have housing of a smaller area than the standards (the so-called mass mortgage).

Main terms of lending:

• Interest rate: 3% or 7% per annum depending on the category;
• Loan amount: from UAH 300 thousand to UAH 5 million;
• Loan term: up to 20 years;

Down payment:

• from 10%  –  for borrowers under 25;
• from 20%  –  for borrowers over 26;
• Borrower age: up to 60 years at the time of full repayment of the loan.
