Construction progress of the Felicity residential complex:

Sections 1.3–1.4:
– installation of the wet facade is ongoing, along with fire alarm system installation, parapet cap installation, and sewer riser монтаж. Installation of internal gas networks has been completed. Plastering works are underway in the kindergarten premises.

Sections 1.1–1.2:
– brickwork of walls and partitions is 90% complete, roofing works and all   concrete works have been completed. Installation of window structures is ongoing,    and concreting of the vertical structures of the parking area has been completed.

Section 3.1:
 – staircase construction is underway, ventilation blocks are being installed, and brickwork is in progress on floors 2–4.

External water supply and gas networks installation is also in progress.
