Construction progress of the SIMORE club house — April:

– Installation and glazing of window structures on floors 2–6 are 90% complete
– Stained glass structures on the 6th floor are being finalized
– Installation of domestic sewage engineering networks in the parking area is in progress
– Installation of the water-based fire suppression system in the parking area is underway
– Gypsum plastering of apartment walls and partitions is 30% complete
– Façade works are ongoing on floors 1–6
– Laminam and HPL façade finishing panels have been delivered to the site
– Roof railing installation is in progress
