Sections 1.3–1.4
– Wet façade installation is ongoing
– Installation of water supply and heating systems in apartments is completed
– Roof backfilling with washed gravel is completed
– Installation of parapet and chimney caps is completed
– Screed works in apartments and common areas are ongoing
– Balcony screed works are ongoing
– Start of brick masonry for auxiliary parking premises — 01.06.2026
– Concrete works for vertical structures of the parking exit (sec. 1.4) are in progress
Sections 1.1–1.2
– Façade insulation has started (sec. 1.2)
– Brickwork of apartment walls and partitions is completed
– Brickwork in commercial spaces is ongoing
– Roof backfilling: sec. 1.2 — completed, sec. 1.1 — ongoing
– Insulation of parapets and chimneys is ongoing
– Wall plastering in apartments is in the final stage
– Parking wall waterproofing has been completed
– Installation of sewer risers is ongoing
– Foundation and vertical structures of the parking are under construction
Section 3.1
– Staircase installation is completed
– Ventilation block installation is completed
– Brickwork of the 6th, 7th, and 9th floors and roof chimneys is in progress
– Smoke extraction systems in apartments are completed
– Parking wall waterproofing is in progress
– Water meter chamber is in the final stage
